Metropolitan Tulsa Urban League | Young Professionals

Officially launched in March 2009, the most recent addition to the Metropolitan Tulsa Urban League is the Young Professionals (MTULYP) auxiliary. Aimed at attracting individuals ages 21 – 40 into the Urban League Movement, MTULYP is exploding onto the metro Tulsa scene. MTULYP’s mission is to “Expose, Engage & Empower" MTULYP is focused on two of the National Urban League’s Five Empowerment Agenda Points: (1) Education & Youth Empowerment and (2) Economic Empowerment The MTULYP auxiliary engages in multiple community service and civic engagement projects in conjunction with the Metropolitan Tulsa Urban League and hosts a plethora of social activities for young professionals.
