Joseph is a licensed Real Estate Broker, with a background as a business analyst, computer database specialist, consultant, entrepreneur, loan officer, trainer and author.

Mr. Lam holds a BS from Oregon State University, and a MS & MBA from Binghamton University (SUNY).
