Agency is the capacity for human beings to make choices. Human agency entails the claim that humans do in fact make decisions and enact them on the world. Human agency entitles the observer to ask should this have occurred?

Many people observe the society we live in, with its many causes for joy and discontent and dismiss searching for an answer to this question.

Others can’t. They create art out of a need to self-express and disrupt the status quo. They take responsibility for designing change through social impact because they’re aligned with something greater than themselves.

It’s this culture of agency that inspires us.

Frustrated by the gap between theory and practice, the Cultural Agency Collective works to bring artistic discourse and positive social impact to life in meaningful and sustainable ways.

• We consult for creative entrepreneurs and social enterprise projects supporting with business modelling, target audience engagement and fundraising.
• We deliver interactive training workshops empowering our clients with skills and knowledge to maintain commercial sustainability for their creative or social impact projects.
