COOLHAUS is a national, architecturally-themed dessert company made famous by its ice cream sandwiches. Launched in 2009 at the Coachella Music Festival in a beat-up postal truck, they now operate 10 trucks in LA, NY, ATX and Dallas, 2 brick & mortars in LA, and their pre-packaged ice cream sandwich, bar, and pint line is sold in over 2,000 stores & venues in over 45+ states.
