She first fell in love with yoga at the age of 15 and heard the call to become a yoga teacher at 17. That passion became a career as a Yoga Alliance E-RYT (Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher), YA Continuing Education Provider, and Stand Up Paddleboard Yoga Instructor. To Carly, yoga is not about striving for a perfect pose. Its about loving your body enough to care for it, tune into its messages, and be kind to yourself through the process.
