The Calgary Employment First Network (CEFN) is dedicated to helping Calgary businesses recruit and include employees with disabilities. We believe that a diverse workforce is a stronger and more engaged workforce. It is the mission of the CEFN to assist employers to increase workplace diversity and inclusion.

This collaboration between local service providers is designed to strengthen the resources and services available to employers, and to provide a larger talent pool of prospective candidates.
