Bill & Susan Raphan of Katzman Garfinkel

As Katzman Garfinkel's Statewide Facilitators for Learning Outreach, the Raphans aid with creating and teaching a series of courses designed to meet the educational needs of Florida condominium and homeowners’ association (HOA) Board members, as well as Florida-licensed Community Association Managers (CAMs) throughout the State.

The Raphans joined Katzman Garfinkel in 2011 from the office of the Florida Condominium Ombudsman, where since 2004 they have been widely recognized for their role in providing condominium Board members with the highest-quality educational seminars on Florida’s condominium legislation and regulatory framework.
