Take Good Care Pilates

Take Good Care Pilates (TGC Pilates) started off as a greeting Melissa (founder) would say to ensure folks knew which kind of "care" she hoped they would choose for themselves and grew into a thought process.

THE STORY

When it came to decision-making in a pinch, like opting for a modified version of an exercise or deciding between self-checkout versus checkout with a clerk, Melissa began to wonder: "Which of these choices has the most pay-off?" Answers: the modification w a short rest, & face-to-face payment, please! Anything can be taken care of. Hello, baskets of laundry. (wave) But can it be taken good care of? Hello, baskets of laundry folded into stacks and then placed on the closet shelf. ;)

THE COMMITMENT

Among all options available, it felt like giving folks a good choice was up to TGC. The choice to have quality instruction engineered to prime the body for everyday activity while connecting clients to their breath. An option to be imperfect while living a life/lifestyle that helps the client flourish. Room to be authentic and worthy of the care & consideration put into their workout program. Most importantly, affordable to as many people as possible, committed to making access points to Pilates for everybody.

THE SERVICES

Take Good Care, affectionately known as TGC, combines 15 years of industry knowledge and bottles it into 20-50 minute portions for the athlete and fitness hobbyist to enjoy at every level. Join us on the Mat for a classically-inspired, contemporary Pilates Mat class or in the studio using all of Joseph Pilates's o.g. equipment from the Reformer to the Trap Table (Cadillac), or a low-impact Jump Board cardio experience!
