To close the racial health gap through access to innovative holistic wellness programs that empower individuals, strengthen communities, and create environments where all can connect, heal, and thrive.

Harlem Wellness Center’s program is rooted in the belief that self-care flows into community care; and community care supports self-care. We have witnessed this community care in action through our five focus areas: 1) Elder Health 2) Racial Healing 3) Women’s Health 4) Eco Learning and 5) Community Wellness.
