A BIT ABOUT MEGAN...As a successful international leadership trainer, speaker and project manager, Megan Billnoske is dedicated to helping others and harnessing possibilities. Thinking out-of-the-box is a trait that has helped her advance innovative training systems, techniques and best practices that disrupt traditional learning methods around the world.

Throughout her 12-year career, Megan has successfully progressed into roles of increasing leadership and scope including Program Manager of Training and Development, Talent Development Manager, Worldwide Services Training Manager and Corporate Trainer.

By embracing her top two values of integrity and fun, she has successfully created and delivered dynamic, interactive, and engaging training programs for diverse audiences in the U.S., Singapore, Dubai, India, Australia, Scotland, Angola, Brazil, and more. As a natural connector and energizer, she thrives on facilitating onsite and virtual training sessions.

Megan’s well-rounded background stems from work experience in various industries: oil and gas, healthcare, higher education, HR, IT, construction, manufacturing, production, technology and engineering. Each time, she has worked with best practices, organizational development strategies, software, operations teams and leaders at all levels.

Also, she's completed training with Disney Institute, Ken Blanchard Companies, FranklinCovey, Langevin, DDI and Dare to Lead by Brene Brown.
