MassLand Early Conservation Career Network

The Early Conservation Career Network (ECCN) (Formerly Young Land Professionals) is a subset group of the Massachusetts Land Trust Coalition. ECCN was formed in 2017 to provide networking and training opportunities for those in their first 10 years of a career in land conservation. Currently, ECCN has members representing 150 land trust and state agency professionals. The organizing committee works to move initiatives forward.

Mission

To serve as a supportive community network for those in their first 10 years of the land conservation field in Massachusetts.
