• Epilepsy Action’s free Talk and Support groups welcome anybody living with epilepsy to talk, listen, and share experiences in a relaxed and friendly environment.

• Whether you’re new to epilepsy or have been living with epilepsy for a long time, our groups offer a place for you to ask questions, share stories and connect with other people who understand.
