Cari is the founder of Art For The Soul Studio.

She is a Therapeutic Arts Specialist & Certified Sound Healing Practitioner. Known for her unique and soulful creative gatherings, Cari integrates her love of art making with the healing sounds of sacred instruments to cultivate a deeply restorative and empowering space. She believes focusing in on recapturing lost creative intuition by first calming the nervous system through sound healing, prepares people to fully access their innate creativity. This unique process helps release self-doubt and negative beliefs to allow for self-healing.Cari is passionate about her work and has shared it throughout the communities in the Hudson Valley, as well as working in schools with children on the autism spectrum and with neurological and behavioral challenges.
