ARTS&REC at OSMOS Station

ARTS&REC is a community-oriented educational, cultural, and recreational organization in the village of Stamford, NY, with a commitment to bringing creative practitioners to Stamford and Delaware County and offering workshops to foster creativity and recreation. ARTS&REC fulfills its mission by:

• Hosting artists in residence

• Presenting public art exhibitions

• Developing artistic appreciation and skills at youth art workshops

• Providing cross-country skiing workshops on the Catskill Scenic Trail

ARTS&REC brings together, under one non-profit organization, programs that have operated at OSMOS Station in Delaware County for several years with the help of numerous local partners. This will be the fourth year we have presented our Youth Art Workshops and the seventh year of our Artist Residency program. Each has grown in scope, success, outreach, and attendance year after year, and are still organized by the same team of instructors, administrators, and creatives that have directed them in the past, with the added advantage of one supervising organization.
