Writing activities and experiences will include:

  • nature journaling and sketching
  • outdoor exploration and hiking
  • revision through collaboration
  • a variety of types of writing: narrative, descriptive, expository, & poetry
  • native plants and ecosystems
  • use of field guides (plants/animals)
  • nature vocabulary development

For students entering grades 3-6. Cost is $400 (includes all materials). $50 non-refundable processing fee included. Eventbrite service fees included. The last day to request a refund is June 9, 2025.
