COURSE REGISTRATION INFORMATION
Keep a few things in mind when selecting your purchase(s):
Who Needs to Purchase a Daily Parking Pass?
Every vehicle (regardless of whether you are an athlete or spectator) without a camping pass needs to purchase a Daily Parking Pass at a rate of $12 per day (in advance) or $15 per day (at the entry gate).
We are no longer charging spectators a per person "Festival Fee".
Daily Parking Passes do not have "in and out" privileges.
A Few Things to Remember
Camping passes are purchased PER VEHICLE, not per campsite. If you or your party are planning to bring multiple vehicles, you need to purchase a pass for EACH of those vehicles.
Campsites are available on a FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE basis in Redonda Vista, Harris Creek, and Lupine Meadows. Lynch campsites are not available to the general public or triathlon clubs.
Camping passes allow unlimited "in and out" privileges.

Cancellation / Credit Policies
There are no Cash refunds!
If you wish to withdraw from an event you may receive an event credit to a future Tri-California Event. You must notify us in writing (email- email@example.com or fax- (831) 373-7731) of your intent to withdraw and meet one of the following scenarios.
If for any reason, you notify Tri-California Events more than 30 days prior to the start of an event weekend of your withdrawal you will receive a 50% credit towards a future Tri-California Event.. This credit only covers the race entry fee. USAT/USATF/USA Cycling one day passes, processing fees and online registration fees will not be included with your credit.
If you have a medical reason, you will need to provide a signed doctors letter advising us that you are not able to compete. This letter must be received by Tri-California Events 14 days prior to the event weekend in order for you to receive your 50% race event credit. This credit only covers the race entry fee. USAT one day passes, processing fees and online registration fees will not be included in your credit.
If you have an injury or a member of your immediate family has a death or a medical emergency and it is within 14 days of the scheduled event yet greater than 72 hours prior to the event, you will need to notify us in writing. The race director will consider each request on a case by case basis after the event, for future Tri-California event credit.
No credits will be issued with less than 72 hours prior written notice to event weekend.
Entry fees or event participation is not transferable to another person as this is considered fraud by USAT. If you sell or give your race slot away, both you and the person using the race slot are subject to a 2 year suspension from racing at any USAT or Tri-California race.
Wildflower Triathlon Camping Pass Refunds
If you wish to cancel an online prepaid camping pass, we will process a refund less a $20 cancellation fee. Email- firstname.lastname@example.org

Event Weekend- This is the day that on-site packet pick-up begins at the event. Normally, this is at least one day prior to the first race of the weekend. All written cancellation notifications to Tri-California are based on this packet pick-up date.
Credit- All event credits are good for any of the following races owned by Tri-California Events (Wildflower, San Francisco- Alcatraz, Pacific Grove,Scott Tinley's Triathlon, and Alcatraz Challenge Aquathlon/Swim). If you have a credit, it does not guarantee your entry into a race. You must still register prior to the event being sold out as all registrations are on a first come first served basis. These credits expire one year from issuing event (ex. credit for Wildflower 2013 may be used up to and including Wildflower 2014).
