This group is intended for community members who reside in Middle TN, and family members of Alive Hospice patients regardless of location.
Grief is anything but a walk in the park. It can be challenging, upsetting, exhausting and so much more. Yet, we also know that fresh air, gentle movement, and connection can help us cope. Join Alive Grief Counselors and other grieving community members for a weekly walk at The John P. Holt Brentwood Library path to connect with others and the healing that comes with being in nature.
To respect the fears/allergies of others, we ask that pets are left at home.
Thanks to the generosity of our donors, this group is provided free of charge. A suggested donation of $5 per session is appreciated.
