Welcome to our Virtual Drop-in Meditation event!

Have you meant to make mindfulness and/or meditation part of your self-care routine, but just not managed to keep it up?
A regular practice can help create a habit that lasts, and does wonders for your health and wellbeing, so why not grab your morning cup of tea and sit with us?

This is an opportunity to learn some new tools and take time for yourself at the end of the week, kicking off your mindset for the weekend.

Join us on Friday mornings for 30 minutes of free weekly drop-in mindfulness from 7 to 7:30 AM PT. 10 to 10:30 AM ET.

Janet Fouts is the principal coach and founder of Nearly Mindful, a Silicon Valley mindfulness training organization.
