Trusting Yourself Again
Overview

You’re out of the relationship… so why do you still feel unsure of yourself?

Trusting Yourself Again

When a relationship made you question everything.

You’ve left. Or maybe you’re trying to. But either way… something still feels off.

You second-guess your thoughts. (Was he narcissistic? Maybe not? Does it matter?)

You replay conversations.

You wonder if it was really “that bad”—or if you were the problem all along.

You were told you were too sensitive, too emotional, and always remembering things wrong.

And now? You don’t fully trust your own mind.

That’s what this workshop is here to help you rebuild. Because the hardest part isn’t just what happened, it’s how deeply it made you question yourself.

Inside this space, you’ll begin to:

  • Make sense of what you experienced—without minimizing it
  • Understand how you slowly lost trust in your own voice
  • Separate who you actually are… from who you had to become to survive it

This isn’t about overanalyzing the past. It’s about coming back to yourself.

You’ll be gently guided through practices that help you:

  • Release the self-blame you’ve been carrying
  • Reconnect with your intuition—without second-guessing it
  • Begin setting boundaries from a place of clarity, not fear

No one will question your experience here. You don’t have to prove anything. You just get to start trusting yourself again.

You’ll leave with tools to support you as you continue:

  • Rebuilding your sense of identity
  • Strengthening your inner voice
  • And creating relationships that don’t require you to doubt yourself to stay

Date: Saturday, 8/9

Time: 6-7 PM

Where: Guided Wellness Counseling, St. George, UT
