Vancouver, Canada | The Startup Lifecycle Masterclass

Vancouver, Canada | The Startup Lifecycle Masterclass

Overview

Map your startup's phase with Gregory Shepard in a focused two-hour masterclass at University Canada West in Vancouver.

Most founders are not short on effort. They are often doing the right work in the wrong phase.

The priorities, metrics, capital, and team decisions that fit one phase may not fit the next. This focused two-hour masterclass gives you a practical map of the seven startup-lifecycle phases so you can see where your company is now and what matters next.

What you will leave with

• A clearer view of your company's current phase and primary constraint

• A way to align priorities, capital, metrics, and team behavior with that phase

• A sharper understanding of the transition and sequencing risks ahead

• A practical next move, including what deserves attention now and what can wait

Two-hour agenda

5:00 to 5:15 PM: Why phase matters

How good decisions become bad decisions when timing and phase do not match.

5:15 to 5:40 PM: The seven-phase map

A practical view of the full startup lifecycle and the job of each phase.

5:40 to 6:10 PM: Diagnose your current phase

Identify the signals, constraints, and priorities that show where your company is now.

6:10 to 6:35 PM: Transition risks

See where companies get stuck between phases and what commonly goes wrong.

6:35 to 6:50 PM: Decide what matters next

Translate the framework into clearer priorities for your next move.

6:50 to 7:00 PM: Questions and close

Bring the framework back to the decisions in front of you.
