We've received feedback about the value of these sessions, with some suggesting we charge for attendance. The Healing Hour is free, but if you'd like to support our work, you have the option to make a financial contribution of any amount.

Can I still attend if I am not a Black woman?

Absolutely! We recognize that the challenges discussed during The Healing Hour may resonate with many underrepresented groups. If you’d like to learn and be an advocate for Black women in the workplace, join us! But please leave the 'whataboutism' at the door.

What can I expect from The Healing Hour?

The Healing Hour is like a warm hug on your worst day. You’re surrounded by a community that wants you to have better experiences at work. Each session is filled with tons of insight and strategies that you can implement right away to get results.

Will I receive a recording if I'm unable to make it?

Accepted Answer

The Healing Hour is not recorded. We prioritize a safe space for our community to feel comfortable being transparent while navigating difficult feelings and challenges. However, we do recommend that once you sign up for the event, you add it to your calendar so you don’t forget!
