Will these be classes where we learn art, music, writing, acting, dancing, etc.?

Accepted Answer

Although we will have some artistic expansion exercises, this course does NOT teach painting, music, drawing, acting, dancing, etc., but Penney and Stef can refer you to organizations and teachers for those.

What is the Payment Plan option?

If you have questions, or need the a payment plan,  contact Penney De Pas directly (919) 616-8244 or pdepas3@gmail.com. A payment plan by credit card is available at $150 before the course to register your spot, $100 due June 12, and the remaining $49 due June 30.

When will I get the Zoom link?

After you register and pay for the course, you will receive the Zoom log-in and again a day before via email.

Question 4

Do I need  art/dance/acting/music/writing experience prior to taking the workshop?

Accepted Answer

Prior experience is not necessary, although many of us were exposed at some level during our early schooling, and some participants may have some level of experience.

Question 5

What happens if I have to miss a session?

Accepted Answer

Each session of the workshop builds on the previous session and it is best not to miss any. However, sometimes emergencies happen. Please let one or both of the leaders know if you need to miss a session so that arrangements can be made to get you caught up. Recordings will be available.

Is this Julie Cameron's "The Artist Way"?

Accepted Answer

No, Julie Cameron's book (and workshops based on it) are largely self-study. This workshop was developed from many creativity sources and includes much more content , exercises, and support from two experienced artist/creativity coaches and practitioners.
