Caitlin is an actor and business owner located in Los Angeles, CA. After following the route of many other aspiring actors working in hospitality, it was in the fitness world that she discovered her affinity and passion for operations and strategy. 

​After working as the Director of Operations for several businesses throughout LA, she realized that she had a love for helping online businesses, who are impact-focused, uplevel by providing them with overall strategy and foundational support. In 2023, she ventured out on her own establishing Étayer & Co., an operations consulting and online business management agency.
