We’re opening the doors of the Van Hoosen Farmhouse to host an informal afternoon hour. Guests get the chance to interact with artifacts and documents normally stored safely away in the collections room, while enjoying the ambiance of the 1840s Van Hoosen Farmhouse. This unique opportunity is limited to 12 people. Tea and light snack will be served.

Take a stroll through the poetic musings in Rochester’s newspapers and a novel inspired by Stoney Creek Village. The Museum's archives are bursting with the vibrant tales and voices of our community. Delve into our local history by immersing yourself in the poetry, novels, and autobiographies penned by local residents.
