TALC May Meeting--Where Are We and What's Next For Talent Acquisition?

The Talent Acquisition Leadership Council (TALC) has over 140 members from over 50 Mid Atlantic companies. We now meet once a quarter to share best practices and discuss industry challenges. In order to join our organization, all members must be leading or managing a team in a corporate talent acquisition organization (we have no vendor, HR generalists/managers, recruiters, headhunters, or staffing agency professionals.   We have no revenue generating goals, charge no fee’s to members and offer very limited sponsorship opportunities (we only invite vendors of our choosing to help pay for certain events).
