Free Monthly Support Sessions to help support your anxious or neurodivergent child; wherever you are on your diagnosis journey

Are you supporting a child aged 10 or over who is experiencing anxiety, stress, difficulties with school attendance, or ongoing worries?
They may be neurodivergent or currently on a diagnostic pathway.


We’d love to welcome you to our FREE Parent and Carer Support Sessions in the heart of Cardiff.

You’re not alone. This therapist-supported space is here to help you connect with others who truly understand.

Location: Community Meeting Room, 43 Charles Street, Cardiff
When: Friday 5th June, 10:00–12:00


What to expect:

  • A warm, safe space to share experiences and feel heard
  • Compassionate support from a qualified therapist
  • The chance to meet like-minded parents and carers
  • And, of course, tea, coffee, and delicious biscuits

We are next door to Bomber's Sandwiches. Please ring the main doorbell, and we will come out to greet you.
