Augmenting Therapy CIC is a community interest company based in Cardiff, supporting parents and carers and neurodivergent young people (wherever they are on their journey to diagnosis) aged 14 and upward who face barriers to education and social participation.

We run weekly therapeutic groups that blend immersive technology, creative practice, and co-production with young people and families. Our approach was developed with the young people we work with, because traditional therapy was not working for them.

Alongside our group programme, we run a free monthly support group for parents and carers of neurodivergent young people, which is a space to connect, share, and feel less alone.

Our work has been featured on BBC Wales and endorsed by the Children's Commissioner for Wales. Founded by Angela McMillan, MBACP Accredited counsellor and Autistic practitioner.
