Somatic Breathwork
Join us for Somatic Breathwork, where we use the breath to connect with your body's innate intelligence.
A deeply nourishing morning for all humans, from every walk of life, and every stage of life, looking to dive deep and reconnect with your body through the breath. This journey invites you to release tension, stored energy, and emotions from the body, boost energy, and find a fresh sense of calm and clarity-all through the power of your own breath. Whether you're new or experienced, come as you are and breathe in a supportive, relaxed space. Come dance with your nervous system through intentional breathing. Come express and release what is holding you back, what is limiting your life force. Come feel, reconnect, and feel deeply held.
The session will include:
- Intention setting
- Guided meditation/visualization
- Breathwork
- Sound Bath
- Closing Circle
Arrive early: give yourself time to settle in and get comfortable in the space. Set an intention: reflect on what you'd like to receive from the session.
Bring yoga mat, water bottle, journal, and a pillow, blanket, or anything else that will help you stay comfortable lying on the ground for an extended period.
