Dr. Anna Friedman is the Owner and Founder of Upward PT Seattle. She and her staff experienced physical therapists practicing in the Ballard and Fremont neighborhoods of Seattle. They enjoy exploring the PNW and making the most out of every season, including hiking, running, cycling and skiing. Upward Physical Therapy, Performance and Wellness

Have you felt the chill in the air recently? It's true...WINTER IS COMING!! Which means it's time to prep for ski and snowboard season. The Doctors of Physical Therapy of Upward PT will take you through a circuit-based workout to make sure you hit your best turns this season and are prepped and ready to go once those flakes start hitting the ground. This six-week program ramps up each week, so you will gradually gain strength, mobility and stamina as you go. As this program is PT led, our focus is on injury prevention, and we will provide any modifications you may need in order to participate.We will also spend time on specific Q&amp;A at the end of each session to discuss any nagging aches or pains you may be concerned about. Join us in person (space is limited!) or virtually. All levels welcome, from bunny slope to black diamonds.**For those signing up for virtual: minimal equipment is required. As long as you have a couple weights, a mini band, and something to step up/down from (a couch or ottoman works!), you're good to go!*﻿*In person classes will be held in the expansive space of our generous host, FUELhouse Gym! Upward PT is located adjacent to the gym in the same building, so this location in the best of both worlds!A﻿ little about Upward PT: we are a women owned and run practice located in the Frelard neighborhood of Seattle. Our focus is on working with you not only through an injury, but helping you build lifelong routines and injury prevention strategies to help keep you feeling your best through all of life's adventures.
