Prototyping & Testing Human-Centered Changes

Prototyping & Testing Human-Centered Changes

Online event
Overview

Turn changes into safe-to-try experiments — using practical prototyping approaches to learn and iterate fast and move forward with clarity.

When change is tested early and refined through real feedback, teams can learn what works, adapt with intention, and scale improvements that support both people and the business.

Prototyping & Testing Human-Centered Changes

In this hands-on workshop, participants learn how to use prototyping and testing as practical learning tools for change — not just for apps or tools, but for ways of working, meetings, processes, and handoffs. This includes exploring how AI can be used responsibly to support rapid prototyping, scenario exploration, and feedback synthesis — without replacing real-world testing, human judgment, or lived experience.

Through guided practice, participants will turn improvement ideas into simple, testable prototypes, gather feedback about what works (and what doesn’t), and iterate thoughtfully based on real-world use. The session also introduces approaches for planning pilots and phased rollouts, helping participants move promising ideas forward with greater confidence and intention.

This course is for anyone involved in designing, testing, or implementing change who wants to approach change with curiosity, evidence, and care for the people doing the work.
