Nectar Eastside Freeform Dance is a welcoming and safe place for self expression, freedom of movement and building supportive community.
This month's theme is inspired by ethnomusicologist Alexandre Tannous who describes the ability of music and especially universal harmonics to inspire spiritual experiences and transcendance of the limited ego. We invite you to let the ego drop and unite with your innermost essence through sound, movement and the collective community. Let us dance a new way of beling and living into the world's expression.
