Grab your friends and head to Bagby Park to enjoy Movie Night! Bring your blanket, get a bite at La Calle Tacos, and join us for a free movie under the stars with your neighbors.

To celebrate the Juneteenth weekend + Make Music Day Houston, June's Movie Night will include:


  • 5 pm: Live musical performance
  • 6 pm: Viewing of the Midtown Juneteenth art installation artist talk video + a chance to meet the artist
  • 7 pm: Showing of Wakanda Forever, under the stars!

Is seating provided?

Bagby Park has limited seating structures. We recommend bringing a lawn chair or blanket. Please allow guests with blankets to sit in the front, nearest to the screen. Seating will be on a first-come/first-served basis.

Can you bring your own beverages or food?

NO glass containers of any kind are allowed

What are the parking options?

Street parking is free after 6 pm and there are multiple parking garages in the area. Do NOT park at CVS, across the street from the park.
