Topic: Power of Focused Thinking: Using Neuroscience for Job Search Success

This week's presenter: Aileen Axtmayer

Do you find yourself easily distracted? Is it harder and harder to focus for long periods of time? You’re not alone.

In this session, you’ll learn some of the reasons why our collective attention spans have decreased globally, and, most importantly, how to build them back. We’ll explore new ways to work, and simple but effective behavioral strategies that help improve our focus and retrain our brains to pay attention to what we want. We'll create your plan for integrating these strategies to keep your job search momentum going while MJSC breaks for the summer, so you can keep working towards your career goals AND enjoy your summer.
