Overview

We’ll explore the shift from autopilot to presence, set personal intentions, and learn simple breath awareness techniques.

This experience is part of a 4-week guided mindfulness series designed to help you build awareness, regulate your nervous system, and bring more presence into your everyday life.

Each week builds on the last, starting with the foundations of mindfulness and gradually introducing practical tools you can apply in real time, especially in moments of stress, distraction, or overwhelm.

Week 1: Foundations of Mindfulness (The “Wake Up Week”)
We begin by exploring the difference between autopilot and presence, introducing mindfulness as a way of living with greater clarity and intention. You’ll set a personal intention for the series and be guided through simple breath awareness practices to anchor into the present moment.

This series is beginner-friendly, experiential, and designed to meet you where you are—offering tools you can carry with you far beyond each session.

Week 3:  Thoughts, Emotions, & Self-Compassion (“Be with it” Week) 

Week 4:  Letting Go and Integration (The “Live It” Week)

Important:
A $35 fee per session is required and must be paid through the Life Time app. Payment secures your spot in the workshop and provides access to the club for the session.
