Mindfulness is the ability to focus the mind in the present moment with a full awareness of who we are and what we do. This is the fundamental learning for life. This ancient wisdom practice is not only about learning to meditate and creating tranquility for yourself but also about uplifting your way of living to a practical and positive place. It is about realizing who you are at your core.
Mindful living meditation (Session 2: 3:45pm-5:45pm)
This meditation workshop is guided by our founder,Master Chufei,Tsai. She has taught in 40 countries to more than ten thousand people. You’ll learn the meditation technique step by step that is passed down by ancient successors. Learn to sit in the correct meditation posture, bring your awareness to sensing your body and sensory system and be aware of your surrounding, to be able to observe the feeling of your self and others, able to stop or to quiet down your mind while there’s anger, jealousy or sadness. You’ll get the benefit from the technique to reduce destructive emotion and the mind body illness, and reduce the conflict and struggle of life. You’ll realign your life to bring a quality and a life of wellbeing.
All proceeds are used to help fund juvenile court cases.
What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?
Tuition includes valet parking, a coffee/tea break, and an ocean walk after each session.
What can I bring into the event?
You may bring your own meditation cushion or use a chair at the venue.
