Ticket Transfer Policy: Instead of refunds, we offer the option to transfer tickets to upcoming events within the current calendar year. This allows our customers the flexibility to utilize their purchased tickets for an alternative event if they cannot attend the originally planned one.

Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?

Yes, the event is strictly 21+. Valid ID is required for entry.

What is my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?

We recommend using Uber or Lyft for transportation to and from the event. Parking options may vary depending on the venue.

Do you accept cash at the door?

No, Millennium Age does not accept cash. We are cashless. We do accept major credit cards via Square.

Can I bring outside food or drinks to the event?

: Outside food and drinks are typically not permitted at Millennium Age events. However, there will be food and beverage options available for purchase at the venue.

How does the RSVP discounted ticket work?

RSVP online to secure the discounted ticket rate of $10. Upon arrival at the venue, expect to pay the discounted door price of $10 that includes 1-ticket;1-headset. Ensure you arrive at the venue before 3pm to maintain the RSVP and discounted rate; otherwise, regular/standard price will be applied.

What is a 2 for 1 ticket?

"2 for 1" tickets includes 1 ticket that covers entry & headsets for 2 guest.

Are tickets refundable or transferable?

Tickets are non-refundable (No Refunds). Tickets can be transferred to an event in or surrounding your city within the calendar year. To transfer ticket please contact info@millenniumage.com

Is there seating available at the event?

Seating availability may vary depending on the venue and event type. Tables/Seating must be purchased via Eventbrite under, “Reserved Seating” or if it is someone’s birthday under, “Birthday Table”.

What’s included in the VIP table?

Entry, reserved seating, and headsets are all included with a VIP table purchased via Eventbrite. Your VIP ticket does not include any bottles. Your group will be responsible for purchasing a minimum of 1 bottle directly from the venue via credit card. Credit card must be presented upon arrival.

Are there any prohibited items or activities at the event?

Prohibited items and activities may include weapons, illegal substances, and disruptive behavior. Please adhere to all venue rules and regulations to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all attendees.

Is there a designated smoking area at the event?

Can we book a birthday table if we have more than 5 guests?

Yes, you can book a birthday table for groups larger than 5 guests. If you have more than 5 guests, you have a couple of options: 1.For an additional 2 guests, you can purchase a "2 for 1" ticket option. 2.If you have 4 to 8 additional guests, you can opt for a VIP table.

Is the bottle price included in the ticket price?

No, the bottle price is not included in the ticket price. Bottles must be purchased separately.
