About this event

  • 1 hour

We begin with simple breathing techniques to quiet the mind and body, then move into an intention-setting meditation.

Prepare for full-body relaxation as you are bathed in the gentle and meditative tones of Tibetan singing bowls. These bowls interact with the body and mind on a cellular level, allowing us to relax.

We'll wrap up the evening with time for casual conversation and an opportunity to learn about the bowls. You can even play one of these beautiful bowls yourself!

What to know in advance

  • Please bring a yoga mat and a blanket. The bowls are best felt and experienced laying down
  • Please come on time so we can all maximize our time together.
