Mistress Ginger is a Juilliard-trained performer based in the Twin Cities. With a passion for storytelling through song, she has brought her cabaret magic to stages across the Twin Cities, from the Bryant-Lake Bowl Theater to the Crooners Supper Club. And she can cook, too! Her cookbook, Mistress Ginger Cooks: Everyday Vegan Food for Everyone, was published in 2014.

“Mistress Ginger is a cabaret singer who brings warmth and depth to a lyric, and always lets the song shine through. She moves easily from the steam of a torch song to the campy wink of a double entendre – always while holding up the classic composers and lyricists she loves.” – Michael Whistler of Interact Center for the Arts, for MPR News Art Hounds, 2021
