From subtle influences, such as marketing messages or seeing someone pass by sipping on a large fancy coffee drink, to more obvious ones, like encouragement or criticism, food shaming, or pressure from your dining partners.

In this small group event, we will explore the fascinating world of human eating behaviourwhat makes us eat, the role the social & cultural environment plays in shaping our food choices and eating habits, and most importantly, how you can learn to navigate social eating with ease, confidence, balance, and joy.

You will identify your individual set of triggers behind your challenges with healthy eating in social settings and unlock powerful insights, highlighting a path towards lasting positive changes.
