*With the exception of the Nightlife outing on Saturday, June 1st, this trip is family friendly, so bring the kids! :-) All Meetup Members and Guests are invited. All Travelers must secure their own transportation to and from PA, and while in PA, for this Group Trip.

*All minors (18 and younger) must be supervised and chaperoned at all times by the adults bringing them on this trip. Events By Vic does not provide childcare.

Day 1: Friday, May 31st

Evening

• Check into Official Hotel near Devon PA, or the Lodging of Your Choice
• Meet at the Devon Horse Show & Country Fair: Head to the Devon Horse Show fairgrounds to experience the oldest and largest outdoor multi-breed horse competition in the United States. Enjoy various activities and attend the competitions. Travelers must purchase tickets in advance for the Horse Show & Country Fair - this can be done individually, or through Events By Vic.

• Late Night Group Dining: After leaving the Fairgrounds, gather for a delicious group dinner at a local restaurant in Devon or King of Prussia.
• Free Time: Explore the area or relax at the hotel.

Day 2: Saturday, June 1st

• Breakfast at a popular restaurant near St. Joseph’s University (Philly)
• Visit the beautiful Arboretum & Gardens nearby for a peaceful morning surrounded by nature.

Afternoon:

• Lunch at a popular spot in Devon or King of Prussia.
• Free Time: Explore more of the area, or relax at the hotel.

Evening:

• Return to The Devon Horse Show Fairgrounds for the Evening Horse Show
• Nightlife in King of Prussia: Experience the vibrant nightlife at a popular venue for group dining, gaming, music, dancing, live entertainment, and more.
• Day 3: Sunday, June 2nd

Morning:

• Breakfast & Check-out: Enjoy a leisurely breakfast at a popular restaurant near the East Falls section of Philly.
• Optional Activity: Depending on interest and availability, there may be additional optional activities planned for late Sunday morning and/or early afternoon

Afternoon:

• Departure: Say goodbye to Devon, KOP, & Philly, and head home.

Note: This itinerary is subject to change based on group preferences, weather conditions, and other factors. Participants will receive detailed information regarding meeting times, activity schedules, and costs closer to the trip date.

To attend this trip, all Travelers must register in advance, and pay the one-time Travel Planning Fee (TPF). This fee is $50 Per Adult, $25 for Children, ages 4-17, and FREE for children under 4 years of age. This fee is non-refundable, and grants all Travelers access to the following Professional Travel Services below that are offered by Events By Vic and its affiliated travel and hospitality Vendors:

1. Itinerary Creation: A meticulously crafted itinerary tailored to provide a balanced mix of activities, relaxation, and exploration over the course of the trip.
2. Activity Research and Booking: Thorough research and booking of activities and attractions including the Devon Horse Show & Country Fair, the Arboretum & Gardens, and nightlife, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for participants.
3. Accommodation Arrangements: Coordination of accommodation arrangements at a comfortable and convenient hotel near Devon, PA, including negotiating group rates and securing room reservations.
4. Transportation Coordination: Organizing transportation logistics to Devon, PA, and back, ensuring safe and comfortable travel for all participants.
5. Group Dining Reservations: Making group dining reservations at selected restaurants in and near Devon, Philadelphia, and King of Prussia, providing opportunities for socializing and enjoying local cuisine together.
6. On-Site Support: Availability throughout the trip to provide assistance, address any concerns, and ensure the smooth execution of planned activities.
