Join us for a fun and relaxing Labor Day Weekend on the island of Martha's Vineyard, Massachusetts! We'll be at "The Vineyard" Friday, August 30th - Monday, Sept. 2nd (3 nights/4 days).

Travel Planning Fee (TPF, non-refundable)

  • $50.00/Adult (Increases to $75.00 June 1, 2024)
  • $25.00/Child (Price does not increase)
  • Children 3 & Under: FREE

The one Time Planning Fee (TPF) is a flat that each Traveler must pay in order to attend this trip, and to receive the following 7 Professional Travel Services before and during the trip:

  1. Trip Organization & Logistics
  2. Event Planning for Martha’s Vineyard
  3. Exclusive Access to Premium Experiences and Certain Attractions & Activities
  4. Group Benefits: Access to Group Discounts and Special Perks offered by Vendors, Accommodations & Attractions
  5. Access to Specifics: The exact names, addresses, contact info, websites for our Official Hotel, and the events, activities, and venues we’ll enjoy, along with specific instructions and prices for securing transportation to, from, and within Martha’s Vineyard.

6. Personal Invite to our private WhatsApp Group Chat to connect and communicate with other Travelers before and during the trip, and to receive live updates about the trip.
7. Customization: If you would like to stay somewhere else other than our Official Hotel, and/or would prefer to enjoy activities that are different than the ones in the Itinerary, for an additional Customization Fee of $25 per Traveler in your group, I can find and propose other properties, and create and propose other trip itineraries that better suit your needs and preferences.

*The fees listed above do not go towards the cost of Airfare, Airport Transfers, Ground Transportation, Lodging, Gratuities/Tips, Service Fees and Security Deposits Charged by Hotels, Restaurants, and Other Merchants, Meals, Beverages, Private Transport (e.g., taxis, Uber/Lyft, and hotel transfers), and Paid Events and Attractions

NOTE: There is no bridge connecting mainland MA to the Island of Martha's Vineyard (MV), so you cannot drive to the Island. The only ways to get to MV from the mainland are to take a ferry or plane to and from the island. If taking a ferry, you can bring your vehicle, dogs, and bicycles on the ferry so you don't have to rent a vehicle at bikes on MV.

While the deadline to RSVP for this trip is August 16th, if staying at our Official Hotel in Vineyard Haven, you must reserve your room by paying the 50% deposit directly to the hotel by 4:00 pm ET Friday, May 31st.

Day 1: August 30th, 2024 - Arrival and Beach Day

  • Arrival to Martha's Vineyard
  • Lunch at Popular Restaurant in Oak Bluffs, MA
  • Check-in at Hotel
  • Beach Time & Picnic in Vineyard Haven
  • Explore Vineyard Haven
  • Dinner at waterfront restaurant in Vineyard Haven.
  • Sunset at Popular Lighthouse
  • Return to Hotel: Relax and unwind after a day of travel and fun activities.

Day 2: August 31st, 2024 - Sightseeing and Carousel Fun

  • Breakfast at popular diner in Vineyard Haven
  • Explore Oak Bluffs & Famous Carousel
  • Visit Famous Cottages
  • Lunch in Oak Bluffs
  • Guided Island Tour: Explore the island’s cliffs, lighthouses, and beaches
  • Optional - Bike Rental: Rent bicycles and explore the Island at your own pace.
  • Dinner at Popular Harbourfront Restaurant
  • Nightlife in Oak Bluffs (if bringing kids, Family Friendly Activities instead)

Day 3: September 1st, 2024 - Whale Watching & Fireworks Parade

  • Preparation for Labor Day Fireworks & Parade
