He(art) Opener Sound Meditation Series with Luna Maye

Community is invited into this state of the art immersive wellness experience to take a breath + embrace a nervous system reset. This state of the art cellular massage of sound is led by Sound Therapy Practitioner + Recording Artist Luna Maye.

Luna is a sound therapy practitioner who'll facilitate this sound meditation group experience that includes crystal bowl sound healing, a bespoke italian gong, soothing etheric vocals, guided meditation + breathwork, tuning forks and other healing frequencies.

THE FLOW + WHAT TO BRING

7:00PM: Doors to first + second floor galleries open for after-hours access to the galleries and a private tour with one of the curators of the current exhibitions.

7:30PM: Doors to the third-floor galleries open. Arrive, ground + set up your mat. We'll begin promptly and the experience lasts until 8:45PM with an optional 15-min integration to take it slow after completing our meditative sound journey.

In this experience that coalesces fine art, meditation, sound, frequency + music savor in an accessible, sensorial wellness experience. Arrive as early as 7:00pm + land into the artful sanctuary of Paradigm Gallery to enjoy an after-hours exploration of the first + second floors of the gallery. At 7:30pm we drop into this soundbath experience on the third floor in a private gallery space.

Dress cozy, bring a yoga mat, blanket + eye mask. Arrive on a nourished + digested stomach (eat dinner prior). Space is limited. R.S.V.P with tickets in advance.

A wellness practice suited for all. No former meditation experience required for this relaxing experience backed by science and rooted in our shared love of music.

ABOUT PARADIGM GALLERY:

Paradigm Gallery + Studio® was established in 2010 by co-founders and curators, Jason Chen and Sara McCorriston.
