Starla Frequency offers sound healing experiences in Los Angeles and beyond, bringing together guided meditation with healing vibrations from 432hz crystal bowls, drums, sacred gong and other instruments to ease the body into a relaxed state where it's supported to rest, rejuvenate, and release stuck energy. Starla's sound baths draw on her passion for astrology and connecting to cosmic energies, as well as attuning to the vibrations of nature and the elements of air, earth, water and fire.
