Second Home Hollywood is the first US location of the London-based creative workspace business for entrepreneurs. For Second Home's sixth site created in partnership with the Madrid-based design team selgascano, the Anne Banning Community House in Hollywood was transformed into a 90,000-square-foot urban oasis. Second Home Hollywood features a restaurant, La Despensa, along with a branch of Second Home's acclaimed bookshop Libreria. The campus includes a 200-seated auditorium, rooftop bar, photography, and podcast studios, and outdoor garden terraces.
