The Travel Planning Fee (TPF) to attend this trip is currently at the Early Bird Rate of $50.00/Person. This fee is non-refundable, and increases to $75.00/Person starting June 1st. To attend this trip, all Travelers must select and pay for one or more of the 5 Fashion Week Travel Packages below:

Package A - Travel Planning Fee (TPF): $50.00/Person

Package B - TPF + Round Trip Bus from Virginia to New York: $220.00/Person

Package C - TPF + Activities 4, 5, 7, 9, 11 & 13: $300.00/Person

Package D - Fashion Week VIP Package: Includes TPF, Round Trip Bus, and Paid Entry to Activities 4, 5, 7, 9, 11 & 13: $470.00

*These Packages do not include payment towards flights, hotels, and transportation within NYC). The names, addresses, and reservation links for our 2 Official Hotels in Manhattan will be shared with those who register and pay to attend this trip. Travelers may either stay at 1 of our Host Hotels, at a different property of their choice.

Packages A-D must be purchased directly through Eventbrite, Venmo, or Zelle. However, if you want to customize any of the packages (e.g., you can only do a 1 night/2 day stay, or you only want to attend 6 Activities from the Itinerary instead of all 12), email Events By Vic on Eventbrite so we can help you create a Customized Travel Package for Fashion Week. Travelers choosing a Customized Travel Package will be required to pay for this package using Zelle or Venmo, along with the TPF of $50.00. The price of the Customized Travel Package is determined by the Traveler’s travel dates, choice of lodging, preferred transportation, preferred activities, and travel budget.
