Yoga/Energy Enhancement/Uplifting Yoga provides a way to center yourself, build peace and relaxation into a busy life, and nurture one’s body. Kristin’s yoga sessions combine a focus on physical wellness with supportive techniques that are sure to leave you energized and revitalized. Her guided meditations will help you connect with nature’s healing energy. These sessions greatly improve your self-awareness, energy flow and overall state of wellness.
In Person Group Yoga Class

All backgrounds and experience levels welcome–this class is open to everyone regardless of experience.
Please wear loose, comfy clothing and feel free to bring blankets, mats, and anything else to help you sit/lay and breathe with ease.
Our space comfortably accommodates 5 to 10 people for this experience, so advanced registration guarantees your spot. Yoga props provided.
