Join me in person for a calming walk through the woods, grounding yourself in the present moment, and connecting with nature. It's a perfect way to de-stress, breathe deeply, and recharge your mind and body. The experience will include walking slowly, mindful observation, stillness and reflection time, and a tea ceremony. No experience needed, just bring your curiosity and comfortable shoes!
