Come immerse yourself in nature with a Group Forest Bathing experience! Join me in person for a calming walk through the woods, grounding yourself in the present moment, and connecting with nature. It's a perfect way to de-stress, breathe deeply, and recharge your mind and body. The experience will include walking slowly, mindful observation, stillness and reflection time, and a tea ceremony. No experience needed, just bring an open mind! Recommended attire: closed-toed shoes, long sleeves &amp; pants (in case the bugs are out)Weather policy - Forest bathing sessions will be canceled (8 hours in advance) in the event of severe weather; sessions will still occur in light rain.
