Grounding Breathwork

As we approach Earthday, let us breath and flow with the energy of Mother Earth. Let us slow down and come into deep presence so we can listen to our bodies, and hear the Earth. Our bodies are intelligent beings tapped into the archive of nature's intelligence, just waiting for us to slow down, develop our awareness, and remember the wisdom.

We will use the breath to reconnect with our body and the frequency of Nature . This journey invites you to release tension, stored energy, and emotions from the body; boost energy, and find a fresh sense of calm and clarity-all through the power of your own breath.

A remembering of your power, your essence, and your oneness with Nature.


The session will include:

  • Intention setting
  • Guided Earth meditation/visualization
  • Somatic Breathwork
  • Sound Bath
  • Closing Circle


Whether you're new or experienced, come as you are and breathe in a supportive, relaxed space. Come dance with your nervous system through intentional breathing. Come express and release what is holding you back and limiting your life force. Come feel, reconnect, and be deeply held.


Arrive early: give yourself time to settle in and get comfortable in the space. Set an intention: reflect on what you'd like to receive from the session.

Bring yoga mat, water bottle, journal, and a pillow, blanket, or anything else that will help you stay comfortable lying on the ground for an extended period.
