The Full Moon is a time to celebrate and to release. In the fullness we can express gratitude for all our blessings and our wins- something that we often overlook. This is also a powerful time to release and let go of any heavy energies that have been accumulating in our lives and in our energy fields.
Community Heart Space provides a soft and sacred container that allows us to drop into the heart and realign our energies in integrity and compassion to live an intentional and heart-centered life of beauty. During our time together we will:
Receive an energy update (astrology and numerology) of what’s happening energetically in the collective and gain tools and awareness to navigate our way through the times.
Center ourselves in our hearts through meditation, breathwork, visualization, and contemplative practices that expand the incredible awareness of the heart. This session will focus on the guided breathwork journey.
Share our voices and hearts in a safe and sacred space and practice the beautiful art of compassionate listening (you are invited to but not required to share). We learn so much from the collective experience and from our reflections in others.

Guided Breathwork Journey
We will complete our time together with a breathwork journey. This experience creates a beautiful, safe, and sacred space to gently transform heavy energies, patterns, and old traumas. By using a conscious-connected breath pattern we can immediately affect our sense of clarity, connection, peace, and self-awareness while also reducing stress and anxiety. This is a somatic experience so we are able to have profound shifts without having to go into story.
